Capri Beach Club Cartagena is the day pass for travelers who want to see the Rosario Islands, not just one beach. Every plan starts with a 60-minute panoramic tour of the archipelago with a bilingual host on board, followed by an upscale beach day with an open bar, lunch and water toys.

Daily spots are limited, which helps keep the beach from feeling crowded. There are three plans, Classic, Premium and Diamond, so you can choose between a complete beach day and a more indulgent one with premium spirits, a private beach or a massage.

From panoramic tour to sun lounger

Check in around 7:20 AM at Gate 3 of the La Bodeguita tourist dock on Avenida Blas de Lezo. The port tax and mandatory maritime insurance are paid in cash, in Colombian pesos, at the dock and are not part of your booking. The luxury sports boat leaves at about 8:15 AM and takes you on the panoramic tour before dropping you at the club.

Once you arrive, claim a sun lounger or beach bed, take out a paddle board or kayak, or grab a snorkel and swim from the beach. The open bar runs from about 11 AM to 1 PM with cocktails, national beer, lemonade and water, and lunch follows with five Caribbean options. A towel and a fresh-water shower are included. The boat returns to Cartagena around 3:00 PM.

Classic, Premium or Diamond at Capri Beach Club Cartagena

Classic is the full day described above and the only plan open to children, with a child rate for ages 5 to 9; guests 10 and up pay the adult rate. Premium is for adults 18 and over and upgrades the open bar to premium spirits, with access to a private beach. Diamond, also 18 and over, adds a welcome glass of wine, a 30-minute relaxing massage, a lobster or fried red snapper lunch, and an exclusive area with a private beach.

Massages outside the Diamond plan, extra food and drinks, and a guided snorkel tour are not included.

Good to know before you book

For safety reasons, guests over 70 and pregnant women cannot travel on this boat. Times depend on weather and Port Authority clearance, and the dock fees are set by the authorities and may change without notice. Hotel transfers to the dock are not included, but we can arrange a private transfer on request.

Capri works especially well if this is your only day in the Rosario Islands. The built-in tour gives you a feel for the archipelago, and the open bar is included on every plan without the all-day party crowd. English-speaking guests also appreciate having a bilingual host on board.

If the massage is the draw, look at the adults-only Coralina Island VIP day pass; if the open bar is, see the Luxury Beach Club open-bar pass. Read our Rosario Islands guide for background on the national park, or compare all Rosario Islands day passes. See the islands in the morning, then let Capri Beach Club Cartagena take care of the afternoon.
